Engineer's Thumb redux

The Engineer's Thumb is a compressor designed by the Valve Wizard (UK). It is not a Reckless design: full credit for the compressor goes to the Valve Wizard. This build adds one thing to it, a noise gate.

The noise gate. The gate has its own side-chain: a high-gain full-wave peak detector with hysteresis feeding a threshold comparator, with adjustable gate threshold, attack and release, and a switch to enable it.
